The houses have been designed to ensure a low density environment so that each house has the maximum exposure to the views whilst maintaining a high degree of privacy.

Each house is designed in the Balinese style to be made up of a cluster of individual buildings, interlinked by covered walkways and decks,the centerpoint being the living and entertaining areas extending to private swimming pools.

The pools are designed to give the impression of “hanging in the air” with the infinity edge merging the pool with the sea.

Unlike the views commonly seen on Phuket which are often empty expanses of sea, here they are a hive of activity. During certain periods of the day the colourful fishing boats chug gently out between the offshore islands, whilst the odd yacht or ship moors nearby to take benefit of the protected waters in the lee of the islands.

Night time is a array of lights from the ships moored offshore and Phuket town twinkling in the far distance.
